Scott came out immediately to measure each window and slider to ensure proper fit. Both he and Jason provided great feedback on the type of windows, locking mechanisms and screens we should install. The install time was fast and clean.

My schedule was a bit hectic. I also had other construction going on at the house. The Rhodehouse team jumped through hoops to accommodate and worked seamlessly around it all. Lana even met me at Lowe's to get the project started. I absolutely enjoyed working with this dynamite team!

Jason and his guys has been replacing windows for us little by little over the past 5 years since we bought our first home and we finally finished and are so happy with the results. They replaced our patio sliding door in a timely manner and to our 100% satisfaction. Our neighbor came to inspect their work during installation and had them replaced his patio door two days later. Our home in Lathrop has 9 windows that have a pulley like system to open/close them However after wear and tear the pulley have been breaking, one at a time. Calling Roadhouse Windows was a blessing in disguise. Jason knew exactly what I needed after sending him a few pictures. He was proactive and stated that we should fix not only the one side that was broken, but fix both. He fee was reasonable, his repairmen, were kind, polite, respectful and prompt. After their first visit, I decided to change all the pulleys since after 17 years, and opening the windows daily the would eventually all break. Jason to the rescue!!!!! He ordered them and they fixed them all.
